This simple yet effective exercise can help you:

Here’s how to do it:
Start in a half-kneeling position with your arms crossed over your chest.
Stand up on the front leg, bringing your back knee up in front of you.
While keeping that front knee stable, rotate your upper body toward the lifted leg.
Return to the kneeling position and switch legs.
Repeat on both sides with control.
This movement may seem simple, but it builds hip stability, core strength, and rotational awareness—all crucial for a pain-free and powerful swing.
