Glen specializes in corrective exercise and neuromuscular therapy (NMT) for clients with musculoskelatal pain.  The combination of active/passive flexibility (increase in range of motion, and lengthening of muscles) and corrective exercise (restoration of proper movement patterns to maintain pain free motion and strength) allows him to have a more complete approach to solving soft tissue pain. Glen has worked with clients of all ages (8-80yrs old) with various pain issues.  "You are never too young or too old to learn proper/pain-free movement patterns." is Glen's motto.

Chad is a complete personal trainer that works with individuals of all age ranges and needs.  He is certified in corrective exercise, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), and a licensed massage therapist (LMT).  He works with clients that have pain or poor movement patterns, as well as, individuals seeking general fitness or weight loss. Chad excels at listening to each client's needs and adapting every program specifically for the individual and the situation.  He utilizes his variety of skill sets to create the ideal program needed to achieve each individual's goals no matter how different.

John has one of the best natural eyes for proper form and technique. John trains clients of all ages, individuals, groups, general fitness, and corrective exercise. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is currently the only Certified Biomechanics Specialist in Green Bay.

Billy Jo enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities whether it is for increasing strength and tone throughout the body, rehabilitation, or general fitness. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Health Coach, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. At UWGB, Billy Jo pursued a Human Biology major with a double emphasis in Exercise Science and Dietetics, as well as a minor in dance. She is trained as an Energy Sound Therapist to help clients by addressing mental health and wellbeing using a noninvasive and confidential service. Lastly, Billy Jo does all social media marketing for Function Thru Fitness including posts and video content creation.

Marshall has been a personal trainer since 2003,  specializing in functional wellness and pre/post rehabilitative care.  Passionately driven to elevate individual quality of life by integrating functional movement into personalized programs, he empowers clients through improved mobility, strength, and overall well-being that have lasting positive changes that extend beyond the gym.  

A proud graduate of Northern Michigan University, Marshall has a degree in Health and Fitness Management, and holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine).

Alex is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping clients on an individual level. As a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelors of Science in Human Performance and a minor in Health Promotion, he understands body mechanics, growth and development, rehabilitation, and can tailor training sessions to your individuals needs and goals. Alex has a lot of experience ranging from college athletes to general population of any age, shape, size, or experience level.

As an avid golfer, Alex can also help those of all ages who are looking to improve their golf game helping you improve your flexibility, accuracy, and strength.

Ben is a dedicated Strength & Performance Coach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. He earned his Masters Degree in Sports Management from East Carolina University, where he developed a deep understanding of sports psychology, leadership, and organizational management within the realm of athletics. Prior to this, Ben completed his Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Marian University of Wisconsin, laying the foundation for his career in fitness and sports.

With a versatile background, Ben has worked with clients across a wide spectrum, ranging from the general population to elite athletes. His expertise extends from elementary school programs to professional sports teams, where he has honored his skills in developing personalized training regimens tailored to individual needs and goals.
