Ever wanted the energy of a class without sacrificing the quality of personalized training? At Function Thru Fitness, our small group classes are designed to give you both. Unlike traditional group fitness where large class sizes can limit instruction, our sessions are capped at just 4–6 participants to ensure proper form, personal attention, and real results.
Each 60-minute class is led by an experienced trainer who prioritizes safety, alignment, and individualized coaching—so you can push yourself with confidence.

✔ Custom class creation available for your own group of 4–6

60 minutes | $35 per person
Anyone may participate by purchasing one session at a time or a 10 pack of classes. Classes are held based on at least 4 people signing up with a maximum of 6 per class. Payment will be required at first class. A singe class is $35.
A 10 pack of sessions is $300 paid at first class ($30 per class).
